Family Photo Service Subscription

This yearly photo subscription plan is for families who like to document important moments in life without sacrificing being present in the moment. It’s for moms who want to actually be in the photos! Instead of experiencing your families life from behind the screen let me help you out! I will come to important family events and make sure that the photo of the candles being blown out gets taken, is good quality, and you didn’t have to take out your phone.

All photo sessions are transferrable! This is a gift that will not break, be returned, or collect dust in a closet!

Yearly plans for every size family and budget

This plan includes documentation of up to 5 events between 30-60 minutes each, within 45 minutes travel time from Herriman UT. All sessions must take place over the course of one calendar year.

The Essentials-$1,200

This package includes documentation of up to 10 events between 30-60 minutes each, within 45 minutes travel time from Herriman, UT , and a mini polaroid album, or a printed year in review album (6x6) delivered after your last session! All sessions must take place within one calendar year.

This plan is ~$1,000 in savings!

The Signature-$2,500

This plan includes documentation of 15 events!! 30-60 minutes each, within 45 minutes travel from Herriman, UT. With an additional extended family session free of charge! (limit 50 people-2 hours) This plan also includes your choice of a polaroid album (up to 40 photos included) or a printed photo album delivered to you after your last session! All sessions must take place within one calendar year.

What is included

There are so many occasions that are included in the family photo subscription plan!

Here are a few of them!

  • New baby/fresh 48

  • Maternity

  • Home lifestyle session (think baking cookies together, or playing in the yard together)

  • Kids sports games, recitals, performances etc. (so long as private photographers are allowed-excludes high school and college sports)

  • Birthday parties

  • A session with your pets! Dogs, horses, cats, I love all animals and would love to meet yours!

  • Graduation ( I will gladly come to the outside of the venue for cap and gown photos, and photos with your graduate, but will not be able to take photos inside a venue)

  • Family photos. Never have to use a self timer or tripod again! (must be less than 10 people, or only immediate family ie. parents and children)

  • School portraits-have your child’s portrait taken by someone you trust

  • Portraits or branding photos-great for updating LinkedIn or website photos

  • Dance photos-photos of your child and their date, and a few of their friends (up to 5 couples)

  • Engagement session/proposal. Haven’t found a wedding photographer yet? no problem! Let me help you get the invites out first :) All of my wedding packages come with a 20% discount to subscription members!

  • Mini sessions for holidays-never have to sort through mini session adds again. Get first pick of times, or book them on a day that works for you. Holidays include Valentines, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas… You buy cute outfits, might as well get good photos of them!

  • Any other events that are important to you are important to me, I’d love to hear what you have planned!

Policy

  • Each session will include 20-50 edited photos, with printing rights, and digital files.

  • Scheduling priority is first come first serve

  • All sessions must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance

  • Sundays and Holidays are not available to book

  • Wedding day coverage and bridal sessions are not included.

  • Studio fee, and permit fees where required will be billed separately, or paid for by the customer

  • Ticketed events or events where private photographers are not allowed will not be included

  • Extended family sessions are not included (unless included in the plan)

  • No problem! I charge a separate fee for travel and would love to hear more about what you have planned.

  • I prefer to spend Holidays and Sundays with my own family and i’m sure you’re the same! Here are the holidays that I observe and will not be booking any photoshoots on these days:

    • Sundays

    • Valentines Day

    • Easter

    • Fourth of July

    • Halloween

    • Thanksgiving/black Friday

    • Christmas Eve/Christmas Day

  • As a mom I know how scary it is now to have pictures of your kids on the internet or in AI databases. I don’t use any AI programs for editing, and I will not post photos of faces if requested.

  • Absolutely! Feel free to book an entire yearly plan for someone or just gift one session to a loved one.
